Our caregivers are not permitted to sleep during overnight shifts to maintain vigilance and responsiveness at all times. Overnight care may be configured into 10-hour or 12-hour shifts. Our minimum shift configuration for clients is four hours per day, four times per week, for a total of 16 care hours each week. Hourly care may be scheduled for any four-hour block of the day and may also be increased up to 24 hours per day upon request.
